Nice leggings. Gray color.  Pull on style with an elastic waistband, no pockets. "Starfish Legging" style. 

Made of 89% cotton and 11% spandex.

Measurements are: waist laying flat unstretched is 16 inches (stretches) and the inseam is 28 inches. The leg/cuff opening is 4.5 inches laying flat. The rise is 10.5 inches.
