Charming vintage French faience covered bowl with handles, hand-painted in the traditional Vieux Rouen style. Bright floral motifs in cobalt blue, orange, yellow, and green, with decorative scroll borders. The base is signed “Vieux Rouen – Fait Main” (Old Rouen – Hand Made).

Condition:

Displays beautifully, but does have a small chip to the rim of the lid (see final photo). Otherwise good vintage condition with minor signs of age consistent with use.
