PU round drive belt, also known as polyurethane endless connectable round belt, is manufactured from premium polyurethane raw material. Adjusting formula ratio can change its density, elasticity and rigidity to satisfy different working demands. This material gradually replaces glass‑fiber insulation material, wood and traditional rubber parts in many mechanical transmission occasions.
This round belt is divided into smooth‑surface and rough‑surface types. Red version features smooth surface, while green version comes with rough surface. It delivers fine surface finish, bright color, uniform texture and comfortable , suitable for a wide variety of transmission applications.

How to Use
Hot‑weld joint operation for belt ends:
Step1: Heat two ends of belt with alcohol lamp until surface reaches melting temperature.
Step2: Press and align two melted ends tightly, hold until fully cooled.
Step3: Trim redundant flashing around joint to keep joint diameter consistent with belt body.
