A pair of professional loudspeaker cables for stereo power amplifier-to-passive-speaker connections, passive studio monitoring systems, PA speaker pairs, guitar / bass cabinet systems, and other applications requiring two identical speakON speaker cables.
Each order includes two cables of the selected length.
These cables are built with MOGAMI 3082, a professional coaxial speaker cable using approximately 14 AWG / 2.03 mm² conductors, and terminated with genuine NEUTRIK NL2FXX-W-S 2-pole speakON connectors.
Both cables are assembled to the same selected length and use the standard 1+ / 1− loudspeaker wiring configuration.
Please note: these are speaker-level cables for passive loudspeaker connections.
They are not microphone cables, instrument cables, line-level interconnects, or AC mains / general-purpose power cables.
Mogami 3082 uses a coaxial construction rather than a conventional parallel two-conductor layout.
The center conductor and outer conductor each provide approximately 2.03 mm² conductor area, allowing a relatively large conductor size to be contained within a compact and flexible cable measuring approximately 6.5 mm in outside diameter.

The NL2FXX-W-S also mates with compatible 4-pole speakON chassis connectors while using only the 1+ and 1− contacts.
This makes the pair suitable for many conventional stereo and dual-speaker systems using compatible 2-pole or 4-pole speakON panel connectors.

Mogami 3082 is unusual among conventional speaker cables because it uses a coaxial geometry rather than two parallel insulated conductors.
The center conductor carries the positive speaker output, while the surrounding outer conductor provides the negative return path.
Both conductors have approximately the same conductor area.
This construction allows Mogami to fit approximately 14 AWG / 2.03 mm² conductors into a cable with an outside diameter of only approximately 6.5 mm while maintaining excellent flexibility.
The compact diameter also makes 3082 well suited mechanically to the Neutrik NL2FXX-W-S connector and its chuck-type strain-relief system.
The NL2FXX-W-S is Neutrik's current-generation 2-pole speakON cable connector.

Both cables use only speakON contacts 1+ and 1−.
Most conventional single-channel speakON amplifier and loudspeaker connections use 1+ / 1−, but some bi-amped, multi-channel, subwoofer, bridge-mode, or proprietary speaker systems may use different pin assignments such as 2+ / 2−.
Please check the pin assignment specified by your amplifier and loudspeaker manufacturers before ordering.
If your equipment requires a 4-pole wiring configuration, these 2-pole cables are not appropriate.
Mogami 3082 provides approximately 14 AWG / 2.03 mm² conductors and is suitable for a wide range of professional speaker connections.
As with any speaker cable, electrical resistance increases with cable length.
For exceptionally long cable runs, very low-impedance loudspeaker loads, or extremely high-power systems, a larger-conductor speaker cable may be preferable.
