We mounted the cartridge on a turntable, played a record, and confirmed clear audio output from both the left and right channels with proper groove tracking and no channel dropout. The cartridge body and the N97xE stylus are in clean condition with the diamond tip and cantilever intact, showing only minor signs of prior use. It comes complete with the original box, aluminum storage case, instruction manual, mounting hardware, and cleaning brush.
