SHIPPING:
All items are shipped by dimensional weight via Fedex Ground or Home Delivery. We do not use Express or overnight shipping. Dimensional weight is calculated by the carrier based on the amount of cubic space an item requires for transport, and may be higher than the actual item weight. We try to ship items the day after receiving payment. Payments must be received by 7:00 am EST to be shipped that day. After 7:00 am EST the item(s) will ship the following day. We generally do not work weekends and therefore shipping is not done on those days.
Fedex DOES NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES. If you have a PO Box on your ship to address on your account, please send us a note with your physical street address and we will make the necessary change for you or change your ship to address when making your payment.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF USA: Buyers are responsible for any and all Import Duties, Taxes and Fees associated with their ship to country. All items ship via Fedex through the Ebay Global Shipping Program.

PICKUP ITEMS:
All items are available for pickup via APPOINTMENT ONLY at our Bellmawr, NJ location, Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. If you purchase an item or win an auction and wish to pick the item up, simply shoot us a message letting us know the date and time you'd like to retrieve it
Go into our Outlet store and tell a cashier you have an ecommerce pickup. All pickups must be paid for online via eBay prior to pickup and will not be available until 1 day after payment due to our shipping cycle.
We are located at 330 Benigno Blvd., Bellmawr, NJ 08031 in the Interstate Business Park.
All pickups must be picked up within 10 business days (Monday - Friday) of payment. We do not send reminder notices to pick up your items. Failure to pick up your item(s) after 10 days results as the item being considered property abandonment and therefore a donation with the item(s) being relisted for auction. There will be no refunds issued under any circumstances for failure to pick up your item after 10 business days.
RETURNS:
No item may be returned without prior authorization. We generally do not provide refunds unless there is a major discrepancy in the listing. Item issues should be brought to our attention within 5 DAYS OF YOUR PACKAGE'S DELIVERY DATE.
