I have played this record and in my opinion the item is in: 

GOOD CONDITION: Vinyl has numerous surface marks/ light scratches. Record has been played so much that sound quality has deteriorated resulting in some crackle, clicks and pops in quieter moments. In spite of this it plays well with no skips.
