Powers Company use to be the official company that made game used Iowa Football Jerseys in the 1980s-1990. I am guessing this was left over Powers equipment that the University of Iowa had and was given to a relative of Mark Weisman, because when Mark Weisman was playing Iowa had switched over to Nike football jerseys.
