Each carrier has its own LEDs and sensors values, and I always put a printed paper with all these values together with the carrier in the box.

You have to manual input them into your application (QSS or EZ Controller Softwares) right after connect the carrier to the scanner (HS-1800, S4, S3 or S2). Then do these steps:

- For using with HS-1800: “Sensor Sensitivity Adjustment” and “Sensor LED Light Intensity Value Adjustment”.

- For using with QSS: just do “Sensor LED Light Intensity Value Adjustment”.
