The main products of this plant were industrial electric clocks for railway stations, enterprises, etc.
Assembly of wristwatches was a by-product of this plant
In the 1950s, EChL assembled Zvezda watches
In the 1960s and 1970s, Electric Timepieces Leningrad had a close partnership with the Petrodvorets Watch Factory. PChZ supplied EChL with complete movements and parts. All components for these watches were manufactured at the Petrodvorets Watch Factory, with final assembly performed at Electric Timepieces Lenin. These hybrid EChL/PChZ watches were produced under the Svet brand (Svet, meaning "light") and were identical to their Raketa counterparts. Svet watches produced during this time had the factory logo on the dial: a pentagon with an EChL
