Vintage 5" Cloth Felt Doll - Hobo w/Key/Bag/3 Hearts/Plaid Beret Roldan Klumpe? German?

No Tags - Unsure of Brand. Aunts Estate Item. May be from Germany?

He is 5" Tall, has a plaid beret type hat, carries a patched yellow hobo type bag with 3 hearts dangling; a key is sewed to his coat. Green Pants, Tan Vest, Black Coat and Shoes, Blue Scarf with a Red Heart. Legs will bend.
