I can only get voltage in 2Amp mode, if I switch to 10Amp, I get nothing.

Not sure if this is because it is a fully automatic model or not? Doesn't seem logical that switching to 10Amp would not provide voltage whereas 2Amp does. The two meter pictures show output in 2Amp mode in charge and start positions.  If I switch to 10Amp mode I get 0 volts in both positions.

The rear housing has some cracks...it is plastic. Seems to be just cosmetic.
