 Please understand that for this SMALL amount it is NOT possible to have a tracking number. This is for a normal air mail letter.  For this,  it is not even possible to have tracking number inside your own home town........

I can send by REGISTERED MAIL from The Netherlands for $ 15.-     

Shipments of around $ 100.- and more MUST be sent registered.   

The mail can take anywhere between one and some 4 or 5 weeks.  It also depends on US Customs.
