Product Features - Easily cuts through rusted nuts; - Compact design for ease of use; - Suitable for use in explosion-proof environments; - Automatic spring-loaded reset; - Unique angled head design with a heavy-duty shear head made of special steel; - Split hydraulic design, equipped with a ZG3/8 quick-connect fitting and dust cap, compatible with any hydraulic pump delivering an output pressure up to 70 MPa.
Instructions for Use ① Open the oil filler plug, fill the manual oil pump reservoir to the brim with No. 20 engine oil or hydraulic oil, and close the relief valve; ② Insert the cutting head’s hole over the nut to be cut, and position it level and upright; ③ Operate the manual oil pump to push the splitting blade forward into the nut. When the blade has penetrated halfway into the nut, pump carefully to avoid applying excessive force, which could cause the blade to split the nut too quickly and damage the bolt threads; ④ When you hear a “pop” sound, it indicates that the nut has been split open; stop pumping immediately; ⑤ Open the relief valve; the splitting blade will retract to its original position. Remove the splitter to complete the operation.
