Set of 4 Miniature Toy Staffordshire MISSOURI Light Blue and White Transfer Plates, EDGE MALKIN & CO, Staffordshire, England, c. 1850 - 1885. This is a set of four very nice miniature toy dinner plates. This plates are in a pattern called "Missouri", produced by Edge, Malkin & Co.. This is a part of a Staffordshire miniature dinner service that I will offer for sale here on eBay. This transfer scene is not an American scene, although the name may make it appear to be American. The four miniature dinner plates are marked. One of the plates is marked with impressed marks that read, "EDGE MALKIN & CO.". The other three plates are marked with a blue printed importer's mark that reads, "ROYAL LONDON IRONSTONE - J. McD. &S. - IMPORTERS."
