Shipping
Shipping cost:
Flat Rate. Each additional item combined shipping will be lower.
Delivery time:
We process all orders within 1 business day after cleared payment. As our manufacturing are mostly based abroad and to bring you the lowest price possible, economy shipping delivery will take an average of about 20 days, standard shipping about 15 days and expedited shipping about 10 days. In the event of any pandemic restriction, please bear with us if your delivery is delayed. Shipping may also be delayed during long China holidays, eg. Chinese New Year or China National Day.
Return
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are not suitable for return due to hygienic reasons. These include personal care products, cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, earrings, and face masks. We cannot accept returns of these items unless they are defective or damaged.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it to ebay method of payment. We also do not accept returns of items that have been altered, washed, worn, or damaged by the customer.
