Purchase orders and conclusion of the contract

Purchase orders for antiques and collectibles (hereinafter, "Articles") placed for sale on Site must be carried out by completing, in its entirety, the appropriate order form which the Salesperson makes available on its own Site. In case of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, the Salesperson will reimburse the amount already paid.
The conclusion of the sales contract on Site occurs at the moment in which the Customer receives communication from the Salesperson of acceptance of the order.
Once the contract has been concluded, the Salesperson will transmit to Customer, via email, a receipt of the purchase order containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form.
Within 5 days of the conclusion of the contract, the Customer must pay the price, as expressly indicated in par. 4.

Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

With the transmission of the order form, the Customer accepts unconditionally and undertakes to observe, in relations with the Salesperson, the General Conditions of Sale.
By submitting the order form the Customer confirms that you know and accept the General Conditions of Sale and the further information contained on the Site, including those relating to privacy and the processing of personal data.

Payment methods

The payment of the price can take place according to the following methods:

Right of withdrawal and return methods

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated with the Salesperson within 10 working days of delivery of theItem, without any penalty and/or need to give any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send within 10 working days from the date of receipt of theItem, via registered mail (at the following address: Claudio Fornasieri SRL, Via Lanino 5 bis/B, 10152), a communication in which you expressly declare that you wish to withdraw from the sales contract and that you wish to proceed with the return of the purchased goods. in the following 48 hours.
In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must provide - at its own expense and care - for the restitution to Salesperson of the purchased goods, sending them to Salesperson within 5 days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal. The shipment must be made to the address of Salesperson as specified above for all types of goods.
In order to make the refund, the Articles purchased must arrive at the address indicated above intact, correctly packaged and with regular delivery notes. Consequently, they will not be accepted as returns Articles damaged and/or without the relevant delivery notes.
However, transport costs relating to the return are the responsibility of the seller Customer.
Shipments paid by the recipient will not be accepted. It is not possible to change theItem or him Articles of order with others. Return shipments made using methods other than those indicated above, which are the only ones authorized, will not be accepted.
Once theItem returned has reached its destination, the Salesperson will check the legitimacy of the return and, having verified the correctness of the operations, will send to Customer a confirmation email. The sums paid will be credited back via the system with which the payment was made. The refund usually takes place within 5 days.

Guarantees and indication of prices of Articles

The essential characteristics of Articles are presented on Site, within a specific product sheet. The images and colors of Articles offered for sale on Site they may, however, not correspond to the real ones, due to the Internet browser and monitor used. All dimensions shown are approximate.
Given the nature and period of implementation, the Articles placed for sale, they may show signs of wear, damage, restorations, repairs and other imperfections. In the description of Articles, with the following expressions must be understood as wear and tear of time.
