- Mirror Finish: Every chain is professionally inspected and polished before dispatch for maximum shine.
- Chemical & Perfume Exposure: Real 18K gold electroplating reacts directly to alcohol, acids, and moisture. Direct exposure to perfumes, body sprays, colognes, lotions, hairsprays, hand sanitizers, swimming pool chlorine, saltwater, or heavy sweat can dull, discolor, or strip the outer gold layer within hours or a single day of wear.
- Plating Wear & Misuse: Fading, peeling, or stripping of the gold layer caused by chemical contact, liquid exposure, sweat, or personal body chemistry after delivery is classified strictly as standard usage wear / buyer mishandling, rather than a manufacturing defect.
- Usage Guidelines: Always put your jewelry on LAST (after applying and fully drying all perfumes and lotions). NEVER wear while showering, swimming, sleeping, or exercising.
- Skin Sensitivity: Base core metals beneath the gold coating may react with perspiration in high-acidity individuals, causing temporary skin marks or mild irritation. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We hold no liability for personal skin reactions or metal sensitivities.
🧼 Cleaning Instructions
- Clean gently using ONLY a clean, dry microfiber jewelry cloth.
- Do NOT use chemical metal dips, liquid soaps, polishing compounds, or abrasive cleaners, as harsh chemicals will dissolve the protective gold layer.
- Store in a dry place or airtight pouch away from humidity when not in use.

- Mechanical clasp orders may include either a Lobster Clasp or Spring Ring Clasp depending on stock availability.
- Both clasp styles operate identically via an internal spring mechanism.
- A FREE Solid Backup S-Clasp is included with every mechanical clasp order as a complimentary safety gift.
- Mechanical springs naturally wear, fatigue, or jam with time and regular moisture exposure.
- Spring wear, clasp style substitution (Round Ring vs Lobster), or normal mechanical aging are not recognized as manufacturing defects or grounds for "Item Not As Described" claims.
⛓ Thin Chain Care & Handling
- Fine ball, beaded and delicate thin chains require gentle, careful handling.
- Avoid pulling, snagging, twisting or catching the chain on rough fabrics, socks, or stockings.
- Remove before sleeping, showering, exercising or changing clothes.
- Open handcrafted S-Clasps by gently twisting sideways (laterally) only. Never pull clasps open vertically/upwards.
- Do not use pliers or metal tools to adjust the clasp or chain links.
- Damage caused by accidental pulling, garment snagging, vertical twisting, improper handling or tool/plier use is strictly classified as user mishandling rather than a manufacturing defect.

- USA & UK: Usually delivered within 3–20 business days with tracked shipping.
- USA Tracking: Tracking status may remain "In Transit" while moving to the US sorting facility before live scanning resumes.
- Rest of World: India Post Registered Mail (approximately 30–45 business days).
- Customs & Import Duties: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local clearance fees charged by their country.

- Please verify your shipping address on invoice before placing your order. No refunds issued for address errors, typos, or unclaimed parcels.
- Standard postal networks do not require signature upon delivery. Orders are legally fulfilled once verified as delivered by the carrier scan. We bear no liability for stolen or missing mail following an official delivery scan.
- Every order is carefully inspected, measured, and documented alongside the shipping label before packing.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by clear photograph evidence next to a standard tape measure.
- Slight differences in color tone or shine (5–10%) may occur because of studio lighting, fresh polish reflections, and individual screen display settings.
- Normal plating wear, chemical/perfume stripping, skin marks, clasp spring wear, tool damage, and post-delivery accidental breakage are inherent to plated jewelry usage and are not manufacturing defects.
