Ringing Match Poster A CHURCH BELL RINGING COMPETITION by Permission of the
Vicar and Churchwarden ST. ISSEY CORNWALL On a Peal of Five Bells on Wednesday November
23rd 1892. The poster was printed in Wadebridge
Quintrell & Co., which is only a few miles away.
The poster measures 44cm
by 29cm approx.
The poster was originally posted to the Bell Ringers of Lanhydrock,
which is written in old ink on the reverse along with the postmark
The names of the competition winners have been written on
the poster in pencil
CONDITION
The poster printed on thin paper and is creased and marked
with an area of noticeable loss to the top centre, with some mild strengthening
repairs to rear, else condition as seen.
The poster will be posted folded along existing fold lines
