The Military Antique Shop comes with the Exclusive Herman figure. This was released by Playmates Toys in 2003.BRAND NEW! The package has been opened, because the original demo batteries were dead. Fresh batteries have been installed and now it is loud and clear!
Check out all my pictures for condition. They are photos of the ACTUAL ITEM you are purchasing. The photos were taken AFTER I opened the box and replaced the batteries. The package shelf edge wear/corner dings and corner dents and the top left is torn. I included close-ups of the areas. I put a can of Coke next to it to show size/scale.
