The Be Sharps were once a band consisting of Homer Simpson, Apu Nahasapeemapetilon, Seymour Skinner, and Chief Wiggum (later replaced by Barney Gumble because he was too "village people"). 

From the World of Springfield Action Figures from Playmates with Intelli-Tronic Voice Activation. When placed on a compatible playset, Be Sharp Barney says actual dialogue from The Simpsons. This was released as a mail-in exclusive in 2003.

Comes with Hat & Cane.
