Thank you for your interest.
This is our original 3D-printed industrial-style enclosure designed specifically for a single AMD BC-250 accelerator card and a standard FlexATX power supply.
The primary goal of this design is to support the original AMD BC-250 cooler without any modification while maintaining a relatively compact footprint and providing a practical enclosure for custom BC-250 builds.

Restocked with FAN options. One ARCTIC P12 Pro is included when a FAN option is selected.
Not all available configurations are shown in the eBay variation drop-down menu.
Because eBay limits the number of variation combinations available in a listing, we use the eBay drop-down menu mainly for options that affect the price.
Please select the following options directly from the listing:
The available combinations shown in the drop-down menu determine the purchase price.
The following options are FREE customizations and are not selected from the eBay drop-down menu:
Please send us an eBay message with your customization choices when placing your order or shortly after ordering.
You do not need to ask whether these options are available before ordering. If the option is listed in the customization section below, simply place your order with the appropriate paid options and send us your preferred configuration by message.
If we do not receive a customization message, the following default configuration will be used:
This listing is available with two different body versions.
The v2.3 remains a great choice for most standard BC-250 builds.
The v2.4 body introduces several design changes for builders who want additional fan clearance and configuration flexibility.
The VRAM-side opening provides an additional airflow path around this area. The cooling benefit may vary depending on the system configuration and airflow setup. Because the v2.4 body uses two different materials, the front and rear sections have noticeably different surface finishes even when the same color is selected.
PETG naturally has a glossier surface finish than PLA. This is particularly noticeable with Black / Black, where the PETG front section may appear significantly shinier than the PLA rear section. This is a normal characteristic of the v2.4 PLA / PETG construction and is not a color mismatch or manufacturing defect.
The v2.4 body also requires additional manufacturing time compared with the v2.3 body and is therefore priced higher.
The case is supplied as individual 3D-printed enclosure components with the required screws and any optional components selected with your order. Assembly of the enclosure is required by the buyer.
Important: Assembly requires a long-reach #2 Phillips screwdriver with a shaft length of approximately 30-40cm (12-16 inches).
This measurement refers to the shaft length, not the overall length of the screwdriver. Due to the depth and internal layout of the enclosure, a standard-length screwdriver cannot reach some of the screws. Please make sure you have the appropriate tool before selecting the Not Assembled option.
The main enclosure components are assembled before shipment to reduce the amount of assembly work required by the buyer. Installation of the BC-250, power supply, storage devices, and other electronic components is still required by the buyer.
The following customizations are available at no additional charge.
** These options are specified by eBay message and are not selected from the listing drop-down menu.
The End Cap configuration determines which side of the enclosure provides access to the BC-250 I/O ports relative to the FlexATX power supply and AC power cord.
The BC-250 I/O ports and the FlexATX power supply AC connector are located on opposite ends of the enclosure.
Choose Normal if you prefer the power supply and AC cord to be on the opposite side from the BC-250 I/O ports.
The SSIO configuration places the BC-250 I/O ports on the same end as the FlexATX power supply AC connector.
This can make cable management easier when you want most external connections routed from one side of the enclosure.
Please refer to the listing photos showing the enclosure with the power supply installed to compare the Normal and SSIO layouts.
Both Normal and SSIO configurations are also available in EZSwitch versions:
** The Fan Mountable front panel does not have an accent stripe. If you select the Fan Mountable front panel, the Front Accent color option does not apply.
Please refer to the color chart in the listing photos for currently available colors.
Available Front / Rear combinations:
The first color indicates the Front section and the second color indicates the Rear section. The Front section is currently always Black. For v2.4, the Front section is PETG while the Rear section is PLA. The two sections may therefore have noticeably different surface finishes even when Black / Black is selected.
Select your preferred End Cap color from the available colors shown in the listing photos.
Select your preferred Front Accent color from the available colors shown in the listing photos.
The Front Accent option is available only with the Default front panel.
The Fan Guard is an optional paid accessory and is included only when the selected eBay option includes Fan Guard. If Fan Guard is included, you may choose either design at no additional charge:
If no Fan Guard design is specified, the 3-Pointed design will be used by default.
The enclosure was tested using FurMark at 1920 x 1080 resolution with an ambient temperature of approximately 28°C (82°F).
Actual temperatures may vary depending on ambient temperature, BC-250 configuration, power consumption, fan configuration, system setup, and other operating conditions.
The case is designed to support most standard FlexATX power supplies.
If you are using a PSU with non-detachable cables, we recommend using a standard ATX-style power switch cable, which is widely available on eBay and Amazon.
One customer literally gave feedback us the included switch as “shoddy.” Fair enough. it is definitely not the fanciest-looking power switch. However, the switch was designed this way for a specific reason.
The rear compartment of the case can become very crowded when a 3.5” HDD, USB-to-SATA adapter, PSU, and related wiring are all installed together. A larger or more decorative switch simply would not fit well in the available space, so we designed and built a compact switch specifically for this enclosure.
The included switch works by connecting the PSU’s PS-ON and GND signals to keep the power supply turned on.
To maximize compatibility with different modular PSU pinout layouts, the two switch leads use female Micro-Fit Jr. terminals. These can be inserted into the appropriate PS-ON and GND positions of many modular PSU connectors. Because PSU pinouts vary between manufacturers and models, please confirm your PSU pinout before connecting the switch.
If you are not using a 3.5” HDD or SSD in the rear compartment, there is usually more available space, and you may prefer to use a larger or better-looking third-party power switch instead!
Many customers ask whether a Noctua fan is a good choice. While Noctua fans are excellent in general, the ARCTIC P12 Pro is strongly recommended for this enclosure.
Because the fan must push air through the original BC-250 heatsink, high static pressure is especially important. The P12 Pro provides excellent static pressure while remaining relatively affordable.
The optional Fan Mountable front panel can also accommodate a second 120mm fan.
If the optional power switch is not selected, the user must provide their own 12mm latching push-button switch and wiring.
Each enclosure is produced using FDM 3D printing and individually inspected before shipment.
Due to the nature of FDM manufacturing, minor layer lines, seams, and surface variations may be visible. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed parts and do not affect normal functionality.
Slight color variations may occur between production batches due to normal filament manufacturing tolerances.
For the v2.4 PLA / PETG Combo Body, the PETG front section and PLA rear section intentionally have different surface finishes. This is especially visible with Black / Black.
Each case is made to order. Each enclosure requires approximately 20+ hours of printing and production time, depending on the selected body and configuration.
The v2.4 PLA / PETG Combo Body requires additional production time compared with the v2.3 body. Typical processing time is 3-5 business days.
This is a small-batch product with limited production capacity, so the item may occasionally go out of stock. If that happens, please check back later for the next restock. Small customization requests are also welcome. Please send us a message if you have a specific request.
If no customization message is received, we will use the default configuration:
If you are unsure which configuration is appropriate for your build, please check the comparison photos or feel free to send us a message.
Thank you for supporting us!
