This collectible piece from 1836 originates from the United States and is a beautiful representation of antique schoolgirl embroidery artistry. The multicolor design add to the charm of this vintage sampler, making it a valuable addition to any collection of historical textiles.

Please see all pictures as they are part of the description.

Does have some small stain spots, some small holes all have pictures.

Lots of work went into this sampler as it has double borders with vines with Fleur de Les and tan colored vine leaf boarder. Flower in pots or baskets trees birds, birds in trees a small cat and dog in the middle on a green line.

I also see some cobalt blue color silk or linen which is an unusual color.

Colors are green, pink, blue, light green, tan, brown, white

The frame looks older I would suggest replacing it with a up to date.
