For your consideration is this sterling silver prong set synthetic? ruby? cross. It is beautifully made, as you can see. It is marked 925 on one side of the back and H 10k on the other. H is most likely the maker. I believe the gold part is just the heart shape surrounding the center on the front of the cross. I do not know the age or maker of this cross, but it is certainly well crafted. The dimensions are as shown. Thank you for looking!!
