Braid, roses and rhinestones.   looking to add a touch of Victorian flair to their outfit. Measures 7 inches tall , not including handle and 11 inches wide. Nicely detailed brass looking hardware and handle. Looks like it has a place to add a longer handle, only comes with the one attached. Does not appear to have been used,   One small mark on back near bottom, probably from storage,  see pic.   otherwise excellent condition.
