TERMS OF SHIPPING*

Orders paid before 3:00 PM PST Monday through Friday generally ship the same business day unless otherwise noted.

Tracking information will be uploaded for your records.

Signature confirmation will be required on purchases over $750.00 USD per eBay policy.

Please verify your shipping address before purchase. Addresses cannot be changed after payment for buyer and seller protection.

TERMS OF RETURN*

We offer a 30-day return program on select NEW and UNUSED items.

If there is an issue, contact us through eBay Messages. We're happy to help.

All items are photographed prior to shipment and inspected upon return. All serial numbers and identifying markings are recorded and verified.

Returned items must be received in the same condition they were shipped. Items showing signs of use, installation, or abuse may be subject to a reduction in refund amount ranging from 15% to 50% to account for loss in value and reconditioning costs.

Items returned with substantial damage, missing components, evidence of misuse, tampering, modification, intentional alteration, part swapping, fraud, or conditions that materially differ from their shipped condition may be ineligible for a refund and handled in accordance with applicable marketplace policies and seller protections.

REFUND PROCESSING*

Refunds are issued after inspection and verification of the returned item. Please allow up to 72 hours after delivery of the return for processing.
