2x TESLA 6CC42 (396A 5670 2C51 6385), Pinched Waist, D-Getter, Acid Print, 1957/58 Date Codes, 100+118

For sale are two pieces of the rare early TESLA 6CC42 variant in 100% condition. These are equivalent to 5670, 6385, 396A, 2C51 and similar. This first version is characterized by pinched waist bulb, D-getter, welded plates, acid print, and the "Stab." selection stamps. Very rare tubes now. Some isolation paint from micas inside the bulbs but isolation tested as perfect, so this does not pose any issues. Please see photos for optical condition. These have 7/1957 and 3/1958 date codes. Tested as 100%: Tube 1 (100): Ia1= 09.90 mA / Ia2= 11.10 mA, S/gm1= 05.50 mA / S/gm2= 05.80 mA Tube 2 (118): Ia1= 09.70 mA / Ia2= 11.60 mA, S/gm1= 04.70 mA / S/gm2= 05.40 mA Where 100% at this workinmg point is approx. 8 mA and approx. 5 mA/V. They were also screened for shorts/leaks (hot/cold), and found to be great performers in all tests. They were left on a tester for a prolonged period to ensure stable performance.
