About This Ornament
This 2025 Hallmark Keepsake Ornament commemorates the 50th anniversary of the movie, "Jaws ,"with a replica of a bright yellow billboard, advertising Amity Island's 50th Annual Regatta. A happy sun icon with sunglasses shines on an ocean landscape with a sailboat in the background and an attractive girl on an inflatable floatie as the focus...until you tilt it forward and back to see the "vandalized" version! It's lenticular plastic cover changes the image, to reflect a large, black shark fin behind her and "Help!!! Shark" text appearing, as the the swimmer's expression changes to shock. The back of the billboard has the anniversary logo and the ornament is dated on the underside of the sandy base. For 50 years, families and friends have screamed at the screen for the first-ever summer blockbuster film, "Jaws." Celebrate the movie's golden anniversary with this playful, humorous Christmas tree ornament...or put it on your boat in the summertime--it also stands on it's own! This 2025 Hallmark ornament was first available after the 2025 Hallmark Ornament Premiere Event on July 12, 2025.
