Vishay Micro-Measurements P3 Strain Indicator & Recorder – 4 Channel

Professional Vishay Micro-Measurements Model P3 portable strain indicator and recorder with four input channels.

The P3 is designed for strain-gauge measurement applications and supports quarter-, half-, and full-bridge configurations. It features built-in bridge completion, LCD display, onboard recording capability, USB interface, and analog output.

Testing / Condition

The unit was powered on using the included non-original 12V power adapter.

• Unit powers on successfully
• LCD display is functioning
• Display responds as commands and menu selections are entered
• Keypad/menu navigation was tested
• Multiple menu screens/functions were accessed, including the shunt calibration menu
• No strain gauges, transducers, or other test equipment were available for further testing

Important: Measurement accuracy, calibration, individual input channels, USB communication, analog output, and recording functions have not been fully tested. The unit is therefore being sold based on the limited testing described above and shown in the photos.

The included power adapter is not the original Vishay adapter. It is rated at 12V DC and was successfully used to power the P3 during testing.

The instrument and carrying case show normal cosmetic wear from previous use. Please review all photographs carefully for the exact condition.
