Set of 4 Antique Continental Pewter Plates, Angel Marks, Diederich Bahlman, c. 1780 - 1810. This set of four pewter deep dish plates are nice early examples with a single reeded rim. Each plate has three worn impressed angel marks on the back. The worn marks I believe reveal a name that reads, "DIEDERICH BAHLMAN". These plates have good weight with signs of supaerior manufacture such as hammer marks to the bouge.
I believe that it these are a set of fine german pewter plates from around 1780 to 1810.
