The book is in very good plus condition in a near fine unclipped ($25.00) dustjacket, with red boards, gilt spine titles and orange endpapers.
Synopsis - From the publisher: "The Noodle Shop Cookbook offers 150 recipes from China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, and makes it easy for the home cook to create a wide variety of Asian noodle dishes. Introductory chapters cover all the basics: tips for buying and cooking, the types of noodles available, such as soba, somen, or udon, recipes for numerous stocks and noodle broths, and instructions on how to prepare homemade noodles. There's even a chapter of recipes for vegetarian dishes and a special chapter featuring the author's own personal creations, including Chiu Cou Noodles in Sesame Sauce, Spicy Singapore Noodles, Teriyaki Soba, and Chicken Noodles in Coconut Soup." Illustrated with duotone line drawings.
Condition Details - The book has a square spine, a very tight binding, and no marks, tears, writing or signs of use. The cover has sharp corners with no edgewear, soil or stains, but it has what appears to be a production flaw: a quarter-sized slightly raised area on the front panel. The textblock edges are pristine. The dustjacket (in new, protective Brodart) has very light rubwear, no edgewear, chips, or tears. No unpleasant odors.
I never use stock photos. The item pictured is the item you'll receive, and it will be packed with care regardless of the shipping method.
