Up for bid is the actual saddle cloth worn by OVER THINKING in her 4th place finish to Breeders' Cup Distaff runner-up Dunbar Road in the 2020 running of Delaware Park's Grade 2 Delaware Handicap. If your collection centers around race worn saddle cloths from America's most historic Graded Stakes races, it cannot be considered complete without one from the hard to get Delaware Handicap. Inaugurated in 1937 when it was known as the New Castle Handicap, it aligns with the opening of Delaware Park itself. Its winners circle is a testament to its importance with the likes of winners Kiss Me Kate, Busanda (the dam of Buckpasser), Grecian Queen, Parlo, Flower Bowl, Quill, Susan's Girl, Blind Luck, Royal Delta, Songbird and Idiomatic. The daughter of Overanalyze, OVER THINKING placed in back-to-back runnings of the CTT and TOC Stakes and was 4th in Keeneland's Grade 3 Dowager Stakes. The saddle cloth has been washed and does contain visible elements from the race. It remains in Very Good race worn condition. Winning bidder pays 19.95 for U.S. priority sh/hand/ins. International bidders are welcome. PLEASE NOTE: I will no longer be accepting bids from any bidder with a feedback rating of 6 or less, unless the bidder messages me first before bidding. If bids are placed without messaging me first, I will retain the option of canceling those bids.
