**All single cards are sent in a protective sleeve & top loader in a rigid mailer or box.

**More expensive single cards are sent in a protective sleeve & top loader in a box.

Graded Cards are sent EXPRESS POST, Signature on Delivery.

ITEM CONDITION

BOXED SETS NEW - All box sets are new and only Pokémon booster packs and Promotion cards have been removed. All merchandise items remain new and unused.

MERCHANDISE - All Merchandise has been taken straight from the pack/box and protected. All items remain new and unused unless otherwise stated.

SINGLE CARDS - All cards are from my personal collection and go straight from packs to being sorted into in a drawer. All holo, reverse holo and full art cards are sleaved straight from the pack and placed in a drawer with moisture absorbers to protect against curling.

All our cards are inspected before being listed but in some cases, they may have some imperfections, surface marks or whitening on edges that have been missed. Cards with noticeable damage will be noted and priced according to the condition.

Curling occurs from humidity and preventative measure are in place to stop that from happening, however it can sometimes be unavoidable, and cards can come curled straight from the pack. If you receive a card that is curled simply place in straight into your binder or a top loader. You can also place it under a heavy object till straightened. Minor curling does not affect grading.

CONDITION

NP: Near mint or better: Comparable to a fresh pack

LP: Lightly played (Excellent): Has clearly visible signs of wear

MP: Moderately played (Very good): Has moderate-to-heavy damage all over

HP: Heavily played (Poor): Is extremely worn and displays flaws all over

ERRORS

If an error has occurred with your order and an item is missing, misidentified or unsatisfactory, we apologise and will always try to come to a resolution both parties are satisfied with.

We do everything we can to keep our inventory up to date and current, however, everyone makes mistakes from time to time. If you order something and we do not have the quantity you ordered, we apologise.
