This Royal Crown Derby paperweight features a Bluetit, in English Fine Bone China material, and made in the United Kingdom. 

It comes with its box, with a gold heptagonal 21st anniversary stopper.   It is date marked MMI, indicating 2001.    In the photo the date mark is largely underneath the stopper.
