A new pair of these burgundy Grayson in shell cordovan would cost $850 retail. They were obviously not worn hard or exposed to rain often, they're in very nice condition inside and out, uppers are undamaged and excellent.  Tassels are also nice with little separation, bending or curling.  Allen Edmonds item no. 8287.

Wear to the soles and heels is even.  They'll be eligible for the nice Allen Edmonds recrafting service (see Youtube and the AE site for more recrafting svc. info.), which will restore them to like-new condition if you want.
