Stitching is failing at the hem, back of skirt a section needs stitching back in place.

Labelled a 14, but some up smaller then other horrockses dresses I have owned. Based on flat measure waist: 25 bust 34, I believe it has been tailored for someone quite petite, I am 5’7 and would recommend for someone shorter as the cut around arms is wrong for me. Waist to under arm 8” and arm hole cut quite narrow
