I think this is about a 1964 Super Tigre G21 .40 RC model airplane engine with an aluminum spinner nut. This ring-piston engine turns over smoothly with good compression and the original carburetor operates smoothly. Add this to your Italian model engine collection. I am west coast and even just 1 ounce USPS Ground Rate to the east coast now costs $8.40 (and that's the discounted commercial rate!) and then eBay charges an additional 10% of shipping charges.
