Please review photos for condition details and measurements

I'm not sure what this is made of to me. It looks as though it is cast iron that is finished in bronze. It's non-magnetic so it is some sort of alloy.

Manufactured by the crescent metal works company out of New Jersey. Made in the USA. Bottom. Show some wear as well. All all areas of wear have been photographed in photos so please review those.
