Some very slight yellowing on the baseball and the autograph is still crisp and bold.  The baseball card is in excellent condition within a poly sleeve which has then been placed inside the plexiglass holder.  

Based on the NL President's name (A. Bartlett Giamatti) on the baseball and the year of the baseball card, the late 80s / early 90s does correlate with the time that Paul O'Neill played with the Reds from 1985 to 1992.  The card is his 1991 Topps Stadium Club card # 218, and we obtained this pair as part of a larger collection of baseball memorabilia.
