What to expect

• The exact bundle shown in the photos.
• A variety of styles, colours and seasons.
• A mix of high street brands and, occasionally, premium brands.
• Each bundle is unique.

Condition

These are preloved (used) clothes.

Every item is individually checked before dispatch. However, as with all second-hand clothing, items may show signs of previous wear, including but not limited to:

• Minor bobbling
• Light marks or staining
• Fading
• Loose threads
• Slight fabric wear
• Minor pulls
• Other normal signs associated with pre-owned clothing

These are considered normal characteristics of preloved garments and do not necessarily affect their wearability.

Although every effort is made to inspect each item carefully, occasional minor imperfections may be overlooked.

Washing

As these garments are sourced from different suppliers, we recommend washing all items before wearing.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 11:00am (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 11:00am, on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
