Item is gently used and was just professionally cleaned by Minerva services which cleans our bunker gear for my fire dept. Only reason for sale is that I did a tl2 brass band conversion by Capital City Industries. The ratchet was removed for a better bit and you can adjust the height by a string on the inside and the head circumference by Velcro like a baseball cap on each side to get a perfect fit. 4 clips on each side for easy install. Fits Phenix tl2, tc1 and first due helmets only
