The Spook's Destiny, written by Joseph Delaney and illustrated by David Wyatt, is a 242 page, 6 1/4 X 8 3/4 inch hardcover book published by The Bodley Head, London. The copyright date is 2011, and this is a first edition/first printing: the copyright page states "This edition published 2011" and the printing number line starts with "1." The author has signed (signature only, no inscription) the title page.

The book is in near fine condition in a very good plus unclipped (£9.99) dustjacket, with purple boards and silver spine titles.

Synopsis - This is the eighth book in Delaney's The Wardstone Chronicles series, published as The Last Apprentice series in the United States. From the publisher: "The Spook, Tom and Alice travel to Ireland, fleeing from the war in the County. Condition Details - The book has a very tight binding and no marks, tears, turned down page corners or writing. The cover has very sharp corners and no edgewear, soil or stains. The textblock edges are clean. The glossy dustjacket (in new, protective Brodart) has very light rubwear, no chips or tears. No unpleasant odors.
