Here is a very nice, and tough to find, antique yellow gold and elephant tail strand braided ring.  The box and paper came with the ring, but the ring is much older.  I did not see any gold markings, but the streak is gold and the 10k and 14k acid tests are shown in the last couple pics.  I'm leaning towards gold filled, but I have no idea.   The ring is 5mm wide.     Please see pics for more details.
