Hatd to Find Vintage 21" Nickelodeon Rugrats Angelica plush toy!  from 1998 by Play By Play and Viacom.   made of nylon parachute material.  there is a stiffener in her neck so it doesnt flop around.  features the character Angelica from the Rugrats television show  approx 21 inches tall . Perfect for fans of the Rugrats show and collectors of vintage toys. Still has paper tag, tag has wear. Only flaw I see on Doll is a slight mark on bottom of one foot, I have not tried to remove.  Excellent condition.
