· Before using the AC adapter, please be sure the adapter matches the model of your foot massager. Please make sure the DC jack was secure connected to the device and would not get overheated after 30 minutes of operation.

· Do not block the grooves located on the case. The grooves are designed to protect the unit from overheating. Never place the adapter in an enclosed space, or on any soft thermal insulating surfaces such as a bed, sofa, or rug.

· Place power cable so that it won’t be stepped on or tripped over. Do not disassemble this product; doing so may expose you to injury by high voltage or other risks. Do not operate the adapter if its plastic case is damaged (any cracks or openings at the seam) or product has been exposed to water.

· Do not use the adapter underextreme temperatures. Please keep it away from sunlight, radiant heaters, cooking ovens, or other heat sources.

· Do not place power cord under the massager or any heavy object

· Do not wrap cord around the unit as it may damage the cord and result in electric shock or fire

· Do not pull on the power cord when disconnecting from the electrical outlet, hold the plug when disconnecting.

· Due to risk of electric shock, do not handle the plug and cord with wet hands.

· Unplug the adapter and contact your Seller if the product indicates any change in operation and/or performance.

· Before cleaning, disconnect the adapter from both electrical source and foot massager. Never use liquid or aerosol cleaners. Clean the unit with a lightly damp cloth only.

· When plugging the adapter into the DC-In, please make sure that it is firmly connected.
