Only the Antique Doll Corset is for sale. Dolls and props were used for photography purposes only. The Corset is made out of a heavy Cotton Twill Buckrum. There are 9 Busks wood type Stays. The Corset is 10” around. Or stretched out flat 10”. Please see photos for measurements. There is a 6/8” wide Valenciennes Lace with a positive/ negative Diamond Pattern, it is ecru color and has a scalloped bottom edge, so lovely. There is also Antique French Rococo cotton Trim on top and the bottom. The Corset also has Antique French Silk Ribbon Flowers placed in the front and the back. The Corset has 8 grommets and can be laced in the front or back of your doll with a bow on top or below. This Victorian Doll Corset also has HandWork and Early Treadle Stiches probably from an old Singer Treadle Machine. Widely used in homes and factories as early as the 1860’s. The Antique Victorian Corset is sold “as is”. Please don’t bid on this corset if you are not passionate about faded granduer and glory. Please view the photographs as part of the description. The corners above grommets are rough and show old repairs. The French Rococo Ribbon on the top and the bottom has splits and pin holes. There are no stains the color is a soft off white ecru. The overall condition is wonderful for the age. The laces are a vintage silk. Some of my photos were in low light and color looks darker but it is only the low tungsten lite.
