VTG Tissue Box Cover Ceramic Antique Lace Design Cottage Victorian Granny core Style. Hand painted with shiny gold trimming. Hand cut Fabric (possibly Jaccard floral print) on each side. slightly uneven Fabric has been clear coated.  Made in 1996. There is one very small chip on the on the bottom of one side. Very unique and beautiful.
