Original Santa Fe Railway “Cleaning & Condition Statement” Form 1628-A Standard pad used for railroad watch inspection and time service records. Dated by the printing code “Hall 20M 10 58,” indicating an October 1958 printing. These forms were used by railroad watch inspectors to document the cleaning, condition, and approval status of employee railroad watches used in time service.

The pad contains numerous unused forms and remains in its original bound format. An excellent piece of railroadiana and horological ephemera that would make a great addition to any railroad watch or Santa Fe collection.
