Postmarked April 18, 1963, at Edwards Air Force Base, California, and addressed to Courtlandt S. Gross, Chairman of the Board of Lockheed Aircraft Corporation in Burbank, California.

A wonderful piece of aerospace and aviation history connecting two major American aircraft manufacturers during the early jet age. Features the original 8¢ U.S. Air Mail stamp, illustrated X-21A aircraft cachet, and clean postal cancellation.
