Signed "Pasqualina" in the lower left corner - perhaps Charles Pasqualina, of the Roslyn School of Painting in New York? Watercolor measures 5 5/8" by 4" and comes matted, under glass, and in a gilt-painted frame, total measurements 10.75" by 8.75". Wire for hanging on back. In excellent condition save for minor dustiness to mat.
